  2. I have to second the comment about moving the 32bit to the sysWOW64 folder AND the 64bit to the system32 folder. Only moving the 64 bit did nothing each time I tried until I downloaded both 64bit and 32bit to my laptop.

  4. If you are having this problem with games best thing to do is to install/reinstall/update DirectX, this worked for me

  5. I can only speak for myself but installing DirectX 9c fixed this for me, even though I already had DirectX 11 installed. Maybe it was an older dll that is not in the newer version.
