i depends on the troop weight, and goblin and archer has same speed when hasted, cause haste have a limit speed for troops
of course the skeleton barrel made it, the balloon triggered it for him!

i think the pekka won because like the spring trap, the tornado trap doesnt affect her either, but she does trigger it

the P.E.K.K.A does not get affected by the wind trap because it is heavy. also it does not get affected by the spring trap because of the same reason.
I think the pekka cant be pulled by the tornado trap just like it cant be spring trapped
